Secure IT for business
PL

Once upon a time...

Passion came first. The company came much later.

Sigma Vision is the culmination of more than 25 years spent around computers, networks and technology - exploring them out of curiosity, solving problems and continually looking for better ways to work.

01
Over 25 years in technology

Our experience began long before the company and continues to grow with every project.

02
Direct access to experts

You speak with the people who analyse, design and remain accountable for delivery.

03
Technology with a reason

Every recommendation must improve security, continuity or a measurable business outcome.

The story before the company

Technology is more than a profession to us.

Before the Sigma Vision name existed, there were years of self-directed learning, first computers, configurations, failures, networks and systems that had to be genuinely understood. Curiosity became experience, and experience became responsibility for technology used by others.

Forming the company was not the beginning of that journey. It was a deliberate combination of two complementary perspectives with one shared direction: building IT people can trust.

Meet us

Two specialisms. One responsibility.

Customers speak directly with the people who analyse the problem, design the solution and remain accountable for how it works.

Tomasz Czepek

Business IT Systems Architect

Tomasz connects technology with business objectives. He designs solution architecture, leads implementations and ensures systems are not only modern, but justified, secure and ready to grow. He starts by understanding the business and only then selects the tools. He also organises risks and dependencies, translating audit findings into an actionable sequence of decisions and changes. He also keeps technical decisions transparent, with their operational consequences and long-term maintainability in view.

  • Systems and infrastructure architecture
  • Implementation leadership and solution integration
  • Translating business needs into technology
  • Risk analysis and change sequencing
  • IMAP/Exchange migrations and systems and database integration
  • Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, SharePoint and Active Directory
  • FortiGate, MikroTik, VLAN/802.1X, PowerShell and Python

How we work

Expertly, but always human.

01

We understand first

We do not start with a product. We ask about the business, people, risk and objective.

02

We communicate clearly

We explain decisions without technical fog and never promise what we cannot deliver.

03

We take ownership

We document arrangements, protect access and own the scope entrusted to us.

04

We remain curious

After more than 25 years, we still test, learn and look for better solutions.

People complement people

We work with experts we trust.

We do not pretend two people should know everything. When a project needs another specialism, we involve trusted experts and technical companies while preserving clear scope, confidentiality and accountability.

Could your expertise complement ours?

We are open to referrals, joint delivery and transparent B2B cooperation that respects the customer relationship.
