The terms describe the website, forms, documents and available contact channels.
Terms
Clear website terms.
Website content and prices are informative; a binding offer is prepared separately.
We provide a clear route for comments, technical issues and formal complaints.
Version 2.3, effective 5 August 2026.
1. Provider
sigmavision.pl is operated by Sigma Vision Sp. z o.o., ul. 18 Stycznia 97D, 87-300 Brodnica, tax ID 8741818637, REGON 545191877, KRS 0001252396. Contact kontakt@sigmavision.pl. These terms may be saved or printed free of charge.
2. Electronic services
We provide website content, contact form, privacy settings, Document Centre and linked downloads free of charge. Content access lasts for the visit; the form service ends upon submission or abandonment. The form requires a name, company name, email address, topic and description of the need; a telephone number is optional. The default “Other” topic can be changed, while arriving from a specific service page may select the relevant category. After an error, the form may keep a sanitised draft in the protected session for up to 15 minutes so that the data does not need to be entered again. You may stop using the service at any time.
3. Requirements and risks
You need Internet access, a current HTTPS-capable browser, session cookies and JavaScript for interactive functions, and email for contact. Online risks include malware, phishing, session theft and impersonation. Keep devices updated, verify the domain and never send passwords through the ordinary form.
4. Acceptable use
Unlawful content, third-party rights violations, malware, spam, false data, bypassing safeguards, scanning, disruption and unauthorised access are prohibited. We may block dangerous requests and preserve incident evidence.
5. Commercial information and form confirmation
Content, plans and prices are an invitation to negotiate under Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code, not an offer under Article 66 §1. Prices are net unless stated otherwise. A form or plan selection is not an order. After the message is successfully passed to the contact mechanism, the system displays a technical enquiry reference and may send a confirmation to the supplied email address. The reference and confirmation help identify correspondence but do not constitute acceptance of an offer, conclusion of an agreement, a guaranteed response time or proof of delivery to an inbox. Only an accepted individual proposal or signed contract defines binding scope, price, timing, SLA and liability. Where a partner, supplier or external service provider delivers an element, we identify the relevant entity and its responsibility for the agreement, billing, delivery, supplies, service, warranty and collection before contracting, as applicable to the particular model.
6. Training
Agendas, duration, capacity and prices are indicative and include stated breaks. A certificate confirms attendance and scope but is not a state qualification unless expressly stated. Thirty-day trainer contact covers delivered material, not helpdesk, incident response or project consulting.
7. Files, remote support and links
Download only linked files and keep backups. Third-party tools have their own terms. Remote access starts only after agreement and a deliberate user action. External links do not make Sigma Vision responsible for third-party content.
8. Complaints
Email kontakt@sigmavision.pl with the issue, date, page address, expected remedy and contact details. We normally respond within 14 days. Silence does not mean acceptance unless mandatory law says otherwise.
9. Availability and liability
Maintenance, failures and attacks may affect availability. Public enquiries are normally handled Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, excluding Polish public holidays. This information is not a response-time guarantee or SLA; binding support parameters are set by an individual agreement. General content does not replace an environment-specific audit or advice. B2B liability is limited where lawful; mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liability remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual property
Content, code, layout, graphics, brand and training materials are protected. Lawful use and ordinary linking remain permitted; other copying, publication, modification, recording or redistribution requires consent unless law provides otherwise.
11. Privacy and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Sending information does not itself create an NDA. Confidential data, admin access and entrusted personal data should be exchanged only after security arrangements and, where required, an NDA and data processing agreement.
12. Client Portal and accounts
Portal access requires an invitation, email login and individual password. Accounts must not be shared. Lost credentials, staff changes and suspected compromise must be reported immediately. Access may be temporarily blocked to protect the customer, data or infrastructure.
13. Tickets, chat and operational communication
Tickets record incidents, support requests, work orders, access changes, consultations and billing matters. Private chat after login provides short operational communication and stores its history for the customer and Sigma Vision. Chat does not guarantee an immediate response, replace a numbered ticket or the telephone path for a critical incident, and does not extend the contract or plan. Customer priority may be adjusted after impact and urgency assessment; response times follow the applicable SLA.
14. Documents and electronic evidence
The portal may provide agreements, NDAs, data-processing agreements, annexes, acceptance protocols, reports and other files. A document status displayed in the portal does not replace a signature where the law or the parties’ arrangements require a specific form. Operation history, delivery confirmation, event identifiers and correspondence may help demonstrate the course of support, subject to evidence and data-protection rules.
15. Audits and client materials
The client provides lawful access to locations, equipment, personnel and information required for an audit and identifies any restrictions on photography. Audit findings reflect the condition and sample examined on the audit date; they do not guarantee that a failure or incident will never occur. Recommendations require deliberate implementation, testing and maintenance.
16. Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights
The offer is primarily B2B. Where a consumer or another person protected by mandatory consumer law uses an electronic service, these terms do not limit their non-excludable rights, including applicable information, complaint and withdrawal rights.
17. Changes, law and severability
Current and archived versions appear in the Document Centre. Changes operate prospectively and do not amend signed agreements without the required procedure. The Polish version governs. Polish law applies; in business-to-business relations, disputes are heard by the court competent for the registered office of Sigma Vision unless an agreement or mandatory rule provides otherwise. Invalidity of one provision does not affect the remainder.
