IT audits
What do we receive after an IT infrastructure audit?
You receive a clear environment report, a prioritised risk register, recommendations and an action plan. We present the results to decision-makers and technical staff.
Does an audit commit us to further cooperation?
No. The report is a standalone deliverable that your team or another supplier may use. Sigma Vision can also implement the recommendations and provide ongoing support.
Do we sign an NDA before the audit?
Yes, whenever the scope involves confidential information. Access rules, responsibilities, scope and data protection measures are agreed before work starts.
Outsourcing and support
How do monthly hour packages work?
You reserve a monthly time allowance for helpdesk, administration, consulting and agreed tasks. Scope, priorities, reporting channels and response times are recorded in the agreement.
Do you provide remote and on-site support?
Yes. Most cases are handled remotely, with on-site work arranged when needed. Travel outside the agreed area costs PLN 1.15 net per kilometre, calculated both ways.
What happens when the package is used?
We notify you and agree on the next step. Additional time is billed at the rate stated in the proposal, without uncontrolled charges.
Does an outsourcing plan include Client Portal access?
Yes. Once the agreement is concluded and the account is configured, customer users receive individual invitations. The portal provides tickets, private chat, the contract plan and SLA, work history, billing, documents, invoices, approvals, assets, licences and audits. Data visibility depends on the user’s role and the agreed service scope.
Contact, forms and Client Portal
Is a telephone number required in the contact form?
No. A telephone number is optional. To send an enquiry, we require your name, company name, email address, topic and description of the need.
Why does the form select “Other” by default?
This prevents uncertainty about the right category from blocking contact. You can select any topic from the full list, while arriving from a specific service page may automatically select the relevant category.
What does the enquiry reference shown after submission mean?
It is a technical identifier that helps us locate the message and continue correspondence. It is not an order number, acceptance of an offer, conclusion of an agreement or a guarantee of a particular response time.
When do you respond to website enquiries?
Public contact-form messages are normally handled Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, excluding Polish public holidays. Response time depends on scope and urgency. Guaranteed response times apply only to customers covered by an agreement and the relevant SLA.
Can passwords or access details be sent through the form or chat?
No. Do not send passwords, private keys, one-time codes or other secrets through these channels. Where access details or particularly sensitive technical information are necessary, we agree an appropriate secure channel.
Is enquiry content used to train public AI models?
No. Messages are used to handle contact and cooperation. We do not use them to train public AI models or provide them to public AI tools without separately agreeing the relevant basis, scope and safeguards.
Security and accountability
Does Sigma Vision take responsibility for the whole environment?
Only within the scope expressly agreed with the customer. The agreement or accepted scope identifies supported systems, response times and duties retained by the customer or other suppliers.
Can you help after a security incident?
Yes. We help contain impact, preserve available information, restore operations and plan corrective actions. The exact scope depends on the incident and available data.
IT and cybersecurity training
Do you provide cybersecurity training for employees?
Yes. We deliver private online and on-site training, from practical phishing, data protection and incident-reporting essentials to management workshops and secure Microsoft 365 use. The programme is tailored to the company’s sector, roles and procedures.
Will we receive certificates and a report?
Every participant receives a named certificate listing the completed training scope. It confirms participation but is not a state qualification or accreditation. We can also provide an attendance list, knowledge test, participant materials and a company summary.
Does the training time include breaks and follow-up support?
Yes. The stated duration includes breaks planned according to the session length. For 30 days after training, participants may email the trainer free of charge with questions related to the topics covered. This support does not replace helpdesk or incident response.
What data is required to issue certificates?
We need at least the participant’s name and information about the completed training. The data may be supplied by the participant or by the organisation ordering the course. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Implementation and growth
Can you take over from another IT supplier?
Yes. We begin with an inventory and controlled handover of access, documentation, licences, backups and critical services to minimise disruption.
Do you implement AI solutions?
Yes - both AI-assisted automation and systems using AI for classification, data analysis or decision support. We first assess data quality, risk and the measurable business objective.
Licences, software and hardware
Is Sigma Vision a Microsoft or ESET partner?
We do not currently claim Microsoft or ESET partner status. We are preparing to sell and deploy these solutions, but availability, licensing models and commercial terms are always confirmed before an individual proposal is issued.
Do you sell every kind of computer hardware?
We do not operate a complete retail catalogue. We select and supply specific computers, monitors, network devices, UPS units, printers and accessories that we can configure correctly and support.
